cORRECTIVE eXERCISES via the SFMA

We recognize that injuries frequently happen due to poor loading technique and/or weakness. We utilize exercise both in the office and at home to help develop strength and to allow the injured tissues to become accustomed to movement and load. Our exercises may be scaled to any level of strength and skill.
